Georgia Georgia Corporations Division April 1st Georgia LLC annual registrations are due between January 1 and April 1 every year. Late Filings: Any annual registration received after April 1 will result in a $25 late fee. Failure to file an annual registration within 60 days of the due date could result in the dissolution of your Georgia LLC.

Nebraska Nebraska Secretary of State Limited Liability Partnership annual reports are due every year by April 1st, delinquent June 2.

Pennsylvania Pennsylvania Department of State Unlike most states, Pennsylvania does not require LLCs to file an annual report. However, Professional Limited Liability Companies (PLLCs) and foreign LLCs engaged in professional services must file a Certificate of Annual Registration (Form DSCB:15-8221/8998) with the Department of State. These must be filed with the Corporation Bureau by April 15th of every year. The registration is filed online or by postal mail. An annual fee of $520 times the number of members of the LLC must be paid.

South Carolina South Carolina Secretary of State LLP - By the anniversary of registration for the first renewal and by the previous year's renewal date for each additional year.

Tennessee Tennesee Secretary of State By the 1st day of the 4th month after the close of your fiscal year. Usually your fiscal year ends on December 31 and so your annual report is due April 1.

Vermont Vermont Secretary of State Reports from Corporations and LLCs are due 2.5 months after the end of the fiscal year. Usually, this is March 15. LLPs will need to file every year by April 1, and nonprofit organizations must file by April 1 every other year.
Virginia VA State Corporation Commission The annual report is due on or before the last day of the month in which the corporation was incorporated or registered to transact business in Virginia. When the last day of the month falls on a weekend or holiday, the corporation’s annual report needs to be received by the Commission on or before the last business day of that month.

For example, if a corporation was incorporated on April 10th, the annual report will be due on or before April 30th starting the following year.

Wisconsin Office of the Secretary of State, State of Wisconsin Annually by the end of the registration anniversary quarter. So if you incorporated or foreign-qualified on February 15, then your annual report is due every year by the end of the first quarter on March 31. The due dates are March 31, June 30, September 30, and December 31.
