Sharon J. McNair, CPA, CFE, FACFEI, CFF

Sharon founded McNair CPA Accounting Associates and has extensive experience in the areas of forensic accounting and litigation where she often provides expert witness testimony, as well as representing clients before the IRS and overseeing many traditional accounting, audit and tax client engagements. Sharon has advised and testified in close to 100 forensic accounting cases over the last few decades and has been a licensed CPA in the state of Nevada since 1978, is a member of the American Institute of CPAs, the Nevada Society of CPAs, the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, and is a Fellow of the American College of Forensic Examiners International. From 2002 to 2008, she was appointed by Governor Kenny Guinn to serve on the Nevada State Board of Accountancy, fulfilling the roles of President and Secretary/Treasurer during her tenure. In 2013, Sharon was named one of the Top 20 CPAs in Southern Nevada.


Jason F. Griffith, CPA, CMA

Jason is the author of the 2017 book Identify, Acquire, Repeat: A Step by Step guide to a Multi-Million Dollar Acquisition Strategy. He has served as the head of Strategy and Acquisitions for public and private companies, as well as founded another CPA firm that grew to six offices with over 50+ employees. His experiences in all of these projects give him a unique perspective, ideas, and ability to provide valuable input to the company. Jason is especially versed in working with management to determine multiple areas of growth from strategy to acquisitions and joint ventures, inclusive of how to apply game theory to their specific industry. He has done this both at the national level as well as at the local level. Jason started his career with Arthur Andersen in Memphis, Tennessee. He obtained his undergraduate and master’s degree in accounting from Rhodes College in Memphis, Tennessee. He is a licensed certified public accountant in Nevada and Tennessee. In addition to being a CPA, he is also a Certified Management Accountant (CMA). Jason serves as a guest lecturer at the UNLV School of Entrepreneurship and a judge to their annual business plan competition.


Erika Griffith, CPA, CFE

Erika is a certified fraud examiner and a certified public accountant licensed in the state of Nevada. She also serves on the board of the local chapter of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. She has extensive experience in reviews and audits of companies as well as with internal accounting projects for entrepreneurs.
